1. About us
Urban Wear LTD is a company registered in England and Wales. When you buy from us, you're entering a contract with Urban Wear LTD.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email with your order reference and bank transfer details. The contract is formed when you transfer payment and we accept your order by dispatching it.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is by bank transfer using the reference shown at checkout. Orders ship once payment clears (usually within 1-2 working days of the transfer).
4. Delivery
See our delivery page for full details. We ship promptly but can't guarantee specific delivery dates as Royal Mail handles delivery.
5. Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel an order. Items must be returned unworn with tags attached. See our delivery page for our full returns policy (30 days from receipt).
6. Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty or contains the wrong items, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Our liability
Our liability for any loss arising from these terms is limited to the price you paid for the goods. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
