What we don't collect

We don't collect payment card data — payment is by bank transfer, so we never see your card details. We don't track you across the web. We don't run behavioural advertising cookies.

How we use your data

Only to fulfil your order and respond to queries. We won't email you marketing unless you specifically opt in.

How long we keep it

Order data is retained for 7 years for HMRC compliance. After that it's deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time, though we may need to keep some records for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see what data we hold on you, correct anything that's wrong, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@urbanwearltd.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
